Huawei has launched the SCALE collaboration program for its European enterprise business, working with a network of more than 5,000 local partners to simplify the development, deployment and maintenance of solutions for AI, networking and data-center customers. The company unveiled the initiative at Huawei Connect Europe in Florence on October 15.
The program is intended to help partners incorporate Huawei technology into their own offerings while providing post-installation support. Huawei says its priorities include tailoring products to local industry requirements and giving systems integrators more support for customer projects.
- Build solutions around specific deployment needs.
- Co-develop products and solutions with partners.
- Coordinate marketing activities.
- Provide local services with consistent quality levels.
- Make collaboration among participating companies more efficient.
The company also used the event to update its Stellar Intelligent Network portfolio for enterprise deployments, including offices, hotels, retail locations and data centers. The offering combines networking equipment with security, local AI analysis and energy-efficiency management.
Enterprise networking hardware and AI monitoring
- Aura10 and AR580 gateways, which integrate antivirus and intrusion-prevention functions.
- S630 10Gbps switches, which Huawei says can support up to 1,000 wireless access points.
- Local analysis on switches designed to identify network anomalies in under 10 seconds, compared with five minutes in Huawei’s stated baseline.
The sub-10-second anomaly-detection figure is a Huawei performance claim. If achieved in real deployments, it could allow network operators to identify connectivity faults faster, though the company did not provide independent validation or deployment details.
Energy efficiency is another part of the European infrastructure push, with Huawei targeting consumption management across three layers:
- Individual equipment.
- The broader network.
- Network operations and management.
Huawei has not detailed availability or pricing for the newly highlighted enterprise hardware. The next test for SCALE will be whether its partner network can translate the platform into local deployments across the region.
