China Unicom recently launched the Huawei Honor 6 handset, also known under the codename Huawei H60-L02. This model runs Android 4.4.2 and it comes with the Emotion UI 2.3 layered on top of it, plus the promise to receive Emotion UI 3.0 later on.

Inside this smartphone we find the Hisilicon Kirin 920 processor, an 8 core setup, with a quad core ARM Cortex A7 part and a quad core ARM Cortex A15 part. The latter is clocked at 1.7 GHz, while the former at 1.3 GHz and the GPU is a Mali T628MP4. Huawei Honor 6 relies on a LTPS LCD display, with a 5 inch diagonal and a Full HD resolution, plus it uses Japan Display technology.

At the back of the handset we find a 13 megapixel camera with stacked CMOS sensor and dual LED flash, while upfront there’s a 5 megapixel shooter. Finally, on the connectivity side, we get LTE Category 6, with a maximum theoretical download speed of 300 Mbps. This one is a dual SIM dual standby model, with 3 GB of RAM and 16 or 32 GB of storage. Its battery is a 3100 mAh unit and the model is priced starting at $323 on China Unicom.
