Today is a big day for Huawei, who launches yet another midrange dual camera phone with an 18:9 aspect. It’s dubbed Huawei Nova 2S and it comes with a pretty good looking body and some lovely hues. Let’s check those out and learn details below.

The device was previously leaked and rumors a lot and finally it becomes official today. Its facade is similar to the one of the Huawei Honor V10, while the back feels like the Huawei Honor 9 a bit. It’s obviously based on a “glass sandwich”, with curved glass at the front and back, plus a metal frame between them. Huawei Nova 2S packs a 6 inch Full HD+ screen, a Kirin 960 CPU and 4 or 6 GB of RAM.

There’s a microSD card slot in the mix, 64 GB of storage and a dual back camera with some impressive pixel counts: 20 MP and 16 MP. There’s also 2X optical zoom, F/1.8 aperture and the front camera will also bring a dual sensor setup: 20 MP and 2 MP. Bokeh/Portrait captures will be triggered by this camera. Other specs include a 3340 mAh battery and USB Type-C port, plus a Home button with a fingerprint scanner.

There are 5 beautiful colors to pick from, including pink, black, red, silver and blue. The price is $408 for the 4 GB RAM version and $453 for the 6 GB RAM model.
