Another day, another leak of the Huawei P20 trio, this time courtesy of Evan Blass. The reputed source has managed to uncover official-looking renders of all 3 newcomers: Huawei P20, Huawei P20 Lite and Huawei P20 Pro. Let’s check them out.
It seems that just yesterday these devices were a topic of speculation and now they seem dead certain. Recently we also learned their prices. From what I can see, the dual back camera is separated from the third sensor, which is placed below the main module (on the P20 Pro alone). The flash and Leica inscription are placed below. P20 and 20 Lite come with a dual back camera. All 3 phones have a notch at the top of the front side, as expected.
Huawei P20 Lite
The most affordable of the bunch is certainly the P20 Lite, at around $443 or so and it comes with a back mounted fingerprint scanner. The audio jack is also left untouched, thank God. This device should have a 5.84 inch screen, an octa core Kirin 659 CPU, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot.
It’ll have a 2900 mAh battery, a dual 16 + 2 MP back camera and a front dual cam.
Huawei P20
Huawei P20 seems to feature a narrower bezel and this time also comes with a physical Home button which most likely also includes the fingerprint scanner. The notch looks a tad smaller here and we see no trace of audio jack. I find it odd that this model only has a dual back camera, not a triple one.
It should have a HiSilicon Kirin 970 CPU, 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot, face recognition and a 6 inch Full HD+ screen. The price should be around $836.
Huawei P20 Pro
Huawei P20 Pro seems to be the only model with a triple camera in the end, even though we had associated that with the P20 too in the past. This one brings a dual back camera with a color and monochrome sensor, plus an extra sensor with wide angle capture. It also has a Home button upfront with fingerprint scaner and inside it we find the brand new Kirin 975 processor, 6 of 8 GB of RAM and a big battery.
The price could be $1107.
