Following its succesful recipe, Intex announced today two new dual-SIM smartphones in India, device that are priced below the $70 verge. Among them we have the Aqua A2 and the Aqua Y2 Ultra, both 3G phones with Android 4.4 KitKat as default operating system.

Intex Aqua A2 offers a 4 inch display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution, a dual-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 512 MB of RAM memory, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front-facing sensor for selfies. This phone brings a 1.500 mAh battery, WiFi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, microUSB v2.0 port and a microSD card slot up to 32 GB.

When it comes to Aqua Y2 Ultra, we get some better specs, such as a quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731G processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB space of internal storage and 5-megapixel camera. The rest of the specs are similar to the one of the Aqua A2.

Intex will sell the Aqua A2 smartphone for $68. For $2 more you’ll get the Aqua Y2 Ultra, phone with double the RAM memory and quad-core processor instead of a dual-core one.
