iQOO will launch its Pad Ultra compact gaming tablet in China at the end of September, sharing the stage with the iQOO 16. Wang Kan, iQOO’s flagship-series manager, confirmed the product name and launch window on Weibo.
The company is positioning the iQOO Pad Ultra around sustained gaming performance. Its confirmed features include a next-generation flagship processor and a dedicated cooling system, although iQOO has not yet identified the chipset or detailed the cooling hardware.

Several additional specifications remain unconfirmed. Recent leaks have pointed to an 8.8-inch OLED display, a roughly 9,000mAh battery, an internal active-cooling fan, and black and silver finishes. Those details have not been formally announced by iQOO.

The Pad Ultra will enter the compact Android gaming-tablet segment occupied by devices such as Lenovo’s Legion Y700 series. Both the Pad Ultra and iQOO 16 have appeared in vivo’s reservation area ahead of the China event, but iQOO has not announced international availability or a full specifications list.
