The Iris X8 has a 5 inch HD screen and inside we find a 1.4 GHz octa core Mediatek processor, that helps the device run Android 4.4 KitKat. Lava also promised an Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the handset. There’s an 8 megapixel back camera on board with dual LED flash and a 3 MP selfie shooter.

This one is a dual SIM device with smart swap technology, allowing the user to switch SIMs on the go, without having to reboot the handset. We also get 16 GB of storage, 2 GB of RAM, a microSD card slot and a 2500 mAh battery. HSPA+ is also here, as well as USB OTG. The product is only 8.6 mm thick, weighs 160 grams and comes in black or white.
