LeEco just debuted a new smartphone, a model called LeEco Cool1 Dual, that stands out through its dual back camera. The device comes fresh after LeEco did a big strategic move, by buying Coolpad, one of the biggest OEMs in China.

That’s why the name Cool, usually applied to Coolpad product series, has a totally new meaning here. The Cool1 Dual is an Android 6.0 Marshmallow phone with the LeEco EUI skin on top. Cool1 Dual packs a 5.5 inch Full HD display and relies on a powerful Snapdragon 652 octa core CPU, although previous rumors talked about a Snapdragon 820 chipset.

There’s also 3 GB or 4 GB of RAM here, 32 or 64 GB of storage and a 13 megapixel dual camera with dual tone LED flash and 6P lens. For selfies we get an 8 megapixel camera and inside there’s a 4060 mAh battery, that’s non removable. We’ve also got reverse charging in the mix, plus the expected fingerprint scanner.

Preorders start on August 24th with a price of $165 for the 3 GB RAM, 32 GB storage. $256 is what you’ll pay for the 64 GB storage, 4 GB RAM model.
