Motorola Droid 3 has been leaked and detailed a bit before, but this time we can see it courtesy of some new images that have hit the web. These show the smartphone with a redesigned keyboard, one that has 5 rows instead of the 4 on the Droid 2. Its buttons also look pretty large, especially for such a thin phone.

A quick look at the device also reveals a HDMI and microUSB port and speculations say we should be expecting a 4 inch qHD screen on this baby. The OS of choice is most likely Android 2.3, but maybe version 2.4 will be out till this model is released. Considering that the previous Droids had 1GHz processors, could the Droid 3 opt for the dual core version?

We’ll probably find out more during CTIA next week…
