Motorola Edge 60 Fusion owners in India are beginning to receive an Android 17 update. The rollout is arriving as firmware version A171VCH.41-9, and the package is approximately 5.2GB, making a stable Wi-Fi connection advisable before downloading.
The release brings the system, security and resource-management improvements associated with Android 17. Reports also suggest that Motorola’s Qira AI suite may be included in the package, though it is not yet clear whether every AI feature will be enabled immediately or introduced later through an app update.
India is the first reported market for the Edge 60 Fusion rollout. Motorola has not confirmed a wider regional schedule in the information available so far, but additional Edge-series devices could follow as the company continues its recent wave of software updates. The key remaining detail is when the Android 17 build will expand beyond India and whether Qira AI will be active from day one.
