Motorola has appointed footballers Vicky López, Eleonora Goldoni and Alayah Pilgrim as brand ambassadors for Europe and META, extending its visibility campaign ahead of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 in Brazil.

  • Vicky López, the Spanish player and inaugural winner of the Women’s Kopa Trophy.
  • Eleonora Goldoni, the Italian footballer.
  • Alayah Pilgrim, the Swiss footballer.

The appointments are tied to Motorola’s role as an Official Smartphone Partner of the FIFA competition. Over the year leading up to the tournament, the players are expected to feature in community campaigns, fan content and projects designed to encourage young people to take up sport.

The ambassador program sits alongside the wider FIFA agreement involving Lenovo, Motorola’s parent company. Lenovo is FIFA’s Official Technology Partner, with its portfolio spanning smartphones, AI devices and IT infrastructure set to support major tournaments including the FIFA World Cup 2026 and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027.

Motorola has not detailed any special-edition phones, product tie-ins or specific fan experiences connected to the three-player campaign, leaving those potential activations to be announced ahead of the 2027 tournament.
