Motorola has offered a closer look at the Signature 27, its next flagship smartphone, in a new teaser that puts an expansive rear camera module front and center. The device is expected to be presented on September 22, 2026, during Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit.
The image shows four circular camera lenses, plus a fifth circular element that appears to be an LED flash. Motorola has not disclosed the sensors or optics, but the design suggests photography will be a major focus of the new model.
Motorola has yet to name the processor. The Signature 27 is nevertheless expected to use a new-generation Snapdragon platform, with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 and Gen 6 Pro among the possibilities. Its predecessor, the first Motorola Signature launched earlier this year, used the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 rather than an Elite variant.
A newer chipset could also bring advances in image processing and video capture, but Motorola’s camera configuration and the final silicon choice remain unconfirmed ahead of the September 22 event.
