Looking to outrun the cops using only an iPhone? Well, you can do it now thanks to NFS Undercover, that gets ready to hit the iPhone. Here’s a video preview of the very hot racing title gone mobile:

The graphics are pretty cool, considering that this is a handset we’re talking about, but I’m not so sure I’d enjoy controlling a car by tilting my phone. Undercover relies on the use of the iPhone’s accelerometer and its touch display, so it’ll take a while to get used to it. Sadly, although this was a December 2008 release, the launch has been pushed back to March 2009 and the title will arrive via App Store for $9.99.

EA Mobile is probably correcting the last bugs, which might have been a good idea in the first place for the console versions of Need for Speed Undercover, that frankly sucks on all the other platforms.
