Although the Nexus One is probably the hottest Android phone to be released so far, it does have its flaws, like the multitouch system and its issues, mentioned by quite a bunch of the handset’s users. Robert Green of Battery Powered Games created an app that identifies where your touch display “thinks” that you fingers are placed when using multitouch and used it to test the Nexus One and Motorola Droid. While the latter handled the test pretty well, Google’s handset had a major axis flipping issue.

One would think that this is an issue solved by the next OTA update, so Google, HTC or whoever should try to fix this, till it doesn’t get embarrassing. If you want to do the test yourself, you can try it through the Multitouch Visible Test app on the Android Market.
