OPPO is reportedly testing a non-folding smartphone built around a wider-than-usual display format, with a camera system that could include two 200-megapixel sensors. One of those cameras is said to use a periscope lens for optical zoom, potentially positioning the device as a photography-focused flagship rather than solely a display-format experiment.

According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the prototype uses a top-tier MediaTek processor, possibly the Dimensity 9600 Pro. The same chip is also rumored for the OPPO Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max.

The handset has been referred to as the OPPO Find X10 Pro Mini, but its commercial name is not established. The leak suggests it could be placed in the Pro tier, potentially launching as the Find X10 Pro instead. Neither branding has been confirmed by OPPO.

OPPO Reportedly Testing Wide-Screen Phone With Dual 200MP Cameras

A launch in China is rumored for the first quarter of 2027, possibly alongside the OPPO Find N7 foldable. Huawei has already introduced the Pura X View in China, but it remains unclear whether OPPO’s wide-screen prototype will become a commercial product or reach markets beyond China.
