After Philips introduced on the market the I928 model, a 6-inch phablet, now it seems that the company wants to launch a mini version of it called Philips I908 that will pack a 5-inch display. This one was recently seen in a teaser image discovered by the guys from cnmo.com.
Looking at the picture we notice how slim and light this phone is, and we’re wondering if its thickness will be under the 5.55 mm body of Gionee Elife S5.5. On the hardware side, Philips I908 will bring a 5-inch display and an octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor clocked at 1.7 GHz.
We also get 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a 13-megapixel main camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Is expected that Philips I908 to look just like the I928 model that is rendered in the picture above. We’ll just have to wait and see if Philips I908 will manage to be the next slimmest smartphone in the world.
