Recently, Philips received certification for another smartphone device, more precisely for the Philips S316T, phone that seems to bring in the package mid-range specs. We’ll get a 5-inch TFT display with a 854 x 480 pixels resolution, and also a quad-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.

Other specs include 1 GB of RAM memory, 8 GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot up to 32 GB, a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front-facing sensor. On the connectivity side we’ll get WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a microUSB v2.0 port, a 3.5-mm audio jack and 4G LTE.

Philips S316T weighs 165.7 grams and measures 143.6 mm in length, 72.6 mm in width and 9.8 mm in thickness, sizes that could suggest the presence of a large battery inside its case.
