Polaroid is a brand associated with photo cameras and sensors, but from a while now, this company also develops mobile devices. Their latest produs is the Polaroid PSPC550, a mid-range device that passed the FCC tests on December 21st with the FCC ID – 2ADWUPSPC550.

We get to know that Polaroid PSPC550 comes with Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and with a quad-core MediaTek MT6735V processor on 64-bit. There’s 4G LTE Cat.4 technology that offers speeds up to 150 Mbps at download, and 50 Mbps speeds on upload.

This smartphone runs Android operating system and packs a 2500 removable battery. Apparently, Polaroid plans to introduce the PSPC550 smartphone in Mexic through some mobile operators like America Movil, Radiomovil and Telcel. From the picture above we notice a pretty attractive smartphone with 13-megapixel rear camera + dual-tone flash, and with a back cover that brings a brushed aluminum like texture.
