realme may be preparing a phone that combines an 8,700mAh battery with an integrated active-cooling fan, according to a new leak. The same device is said to carry a 200MP main camera, an unusual mix of imaging hardware and gaming-oriented thermal design.

  • 200MP main camera
  • 50MP telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom
  • No ultrawide camera
  • Flat 1.5K OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, reportedly reaching 185Hz in certain games
  • Snapdragon 8-series chipset
  • Metal frame, flat glass rear panel, built-in fan and RGB lighting ring

The source claims the chipset can run PUBG at 120 fps and Call of Duty at 165 fps, though the exact processor and the game settings used for those figures have not been identified. The display may be the same panel used by the OnePlus 16, which has launched in China.

The reported camera layout and broader specification set have prompted speculation that the handset could be related to the rumored OnePlus 16R or OnePlus Ace 7. Earlier OnePlus 16R rumors instead pointed to three 50MP sensors, creating a notable conflict with the latest claim of a 200MP primary camera and no ultrawide unit.

A design described in the leak reportedly resembles the realme 16 Pro+ around its camera module, while adding the fan and RGB ring. It remains unconfirmed whether the specifications belong to a distinct realme phone, a OnePlus-branded model, or closely related devices for different markets. Product name, launch timing and international availability have not been confirmed.
