Samsung’s Galaxy A series is expanding, so after the excellent A3, A5 and A7 2016 models, plus the A9, it’s time for an A9 Pro. It may sound like overkill, but that’s how Samsung likes it. Well, the Galaxy A9 Pro just popped up, after being certified by TENAA in China.

Codenamed SM-A9100, the phone is said to feature a dual glass design, with metal frame in the middle and it will sport a 6 inch screen. This display will be an Full HD AMOLED one and the device comes with a fingerprint scanner integrated in the Home button, as well as 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. It will be available in black, white or gold and measure 7.9 mm in thickness.

The very same phone has an octa core Snapdragon 652 processor, microSD card slot, 16 megapixel main camera and a front 8 MP shooter. The battery inside is a 4000 mAh unit and supports fast charging. Dual SIM is also confirmed by TENAA and speculations talk about a price tag of around $500.
