realme’s rumored 17 Pro could stand out in the mid-range smartphone market with a 10,000mAh battery, according to a new leak. If accurate, that capacity would be the handset’s defining feature, although charging speed, dimensions and weight have not yet been reported.
The same report points to a 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 processor. The alleged specifications also include the following:
- A 50MP main rear camera paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera.
- A front camera capable of 4K video recording at 30fps; its resolution is still unclear, with 32MP and 50MP both mentioned.
- An in-display fingerprint sensor and possible IP68/IP69 water- and dust-resistance ratings.
- ColorOS 17 based on Android 17, rather than realme UI.
The reported shift to ColorOS would align the phone more closely with OPPO’s software platform amid changes within the wider group. However, realme has not announced the device or confirmed any of the leaked hardware and software details.
Rumors have also surfaced around a realme 17 Pro+, said to use a flat 1.5K OLED panel, a triple-camera system led by a 200MP sensor and a more powerful processor. With no official teaser for either model, the 17 Pro’s charging technology and launch timing remain among the key unanswered details.
