Boost Mobile has just announced the soon to come Samsung Galaxy Prevail handset, priced at $180 without contract. The device will be available later this month and it will run Android 2.2, plus it will incorporate a 3.2 inch touchscreen display, Bluetooth and GPS.

There’s also a 2 megapixel rear camera on board and Boost Mobile will also offer a $50 monthly unlimited plan, that will suddenly make the Prevail more appealing. No specific release date was mentioned, but what we do know is that the device will be on Boost Mobile’s retail stores and select independent wireless dealers.

Free shipping is available if you order the device from Boost Mobile’s website.
