Howard Chui recently posted a video preview of the Samsung Galaxy S (i9000) handset, that’s not quite you were expecting. What’s different about this analysis is that the device in question is in fact the SGH-T959, the T-Mobile USA version of the Galaxy S.

This model number certainly points towards the above mentioned carrier and it’s visible in the video we mentioned at minute 3:33. Also, during the video (that was removed by the user), one can spot some icons that belong to the T-Mobile software.

We have to mention that Samsung and T-Mobile haven’t said anything yet about the Galaxy S T959, but we’re guessing the phone is coming this summer. As far as specs are concerned, you get Android 2.1, a 4 inch WVGA Super AMOLED touchscreen display, WiFi, GPS, a 1 GHz processor and a 5 megapixel camera.
