Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Tab S12+, a new large-format Android tablet with a 12.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, 120Hz refresh rate and an S Pen in the box. It launches alongside the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, while the Plus model appears to take the place of the Galaxy Tab S10+ in Samsung’s lineup.
The display measures slightly more than the 12.4-inch panel used by the Galaxy Tab S10+, with a 2800 x 1752-pixel resolution. Samsung is offering the Tab S12+ in gray and silver, with pricing starting at €1,319.

Software is another focus. Samsung includes six months of Google AI Pro and lists My FanCam, Audio Erase, Now Brief and Now Nudge among the tablet’s AI features. The company also highlights productivity software benefits involving Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint and Goodnotes.

Samsung says the Galaxy Tab S12+ will receive seven years of OS updates. The company has not detailed wider market-by-market availability in the supplied announcement information.
