Samsung Tocco Lite has just reached the UK as latest addition to the Tocco family, one whose reasonable price makes the handset a good choice during this economic depression.

We’re dealing with a GPRS/EDGE supporting handset that comes with “enhanced social media features” and a mid-range price. Among the social features on this device there are online widgets for Facebook and MySpace, one press YouTube access via the phone’s 3 inch touchscreen and more.

Tocco Lite will also support contact photo tagging and it’ll allow its users to upload new images to social networking sites. This new Samsung phone features a 3.2 megapixel camera with smile and face detection, a microSD slot with support for cards of up to 8 GB, an FM radio and the DNSe 2.0 audio technology.

The TouchWiz interface is also in action and the device incorporates an accelerometer. Tocco Lite should hit the UK stores in mid May, but there’s no info on its official price or carriers.
