Sharp has just introduced a bunch of new handsets on the Chinese market, all of them part of the SH62 series: the SH6230, the SH6228 and the SH6220 models. All of them feature a 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and a 2.9 inch widescreen LCD display with a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels.
Sharp S6220 is one of the new clamshells that sports a larger mirror 3 inch external display, based on E-ink technology and showing news feeds and weather updates. Sharp SH6228 has just about the same features as the other models, but it also comes with “probe ultraviolet radiation”, meant to protect the users from sunburns when tanning.
Last comes Sharp SH6230, based on solar energy and equipped with a solar panel at the back to get that required energy.
