SkyShowtime will add EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert to its streaming catalog on September 15. Directed by Baz Luhrmann, the documentary draws on rare and rediscovered material to build a portrait of Elvis Presley through concert performances, archival footage and recordings in which the singer discusses his own life and career.
A central part of the production is footage long believed lost from Presley’s 1970s Las Vegas residency. The film also includes material shot during the Elvis on Tour period, along with footage from the Graceland archive.
