Leaving behind rumors of a HTC purchase, TCL goes ahead and announces a brand new LTE phone today, one that features a 64 bit Snapdragon processor. The newcomer is dubbed TCL P520L and it’s shown below in 3 color versions.

We’re dealing with a smartphone that runs Android 4.4.x KitKat and relies on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 64 bit CPU, a quad core unit clocked at 1.2 GHz. The handset features a 5 inch LCD display with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution and other specs include a 0.3 MP front camera, plus a main 5 MP CMOS sensor. This model comes with TD-LTE connectivity and its download speed goes up to 150 Mbps.

TCL P520L offers compatibility with NFC, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, it has 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of storage. There’s a 2000 mAh battery inside and the color variations include indigo, incense and snow. Expect the phone to arrive on China Telecom soon and with a bit of luck on other carriers as well.
