No official news on this release, but it turns out that some users have gotten their hands on the Alltel-branded HTC Touch Diamond. This was confirmed by an unboxing experience that was recently spotted on HoFo.

This version is just like the Sprint-branded one, except for the TouchFLO skin, which bears the mark of the carrier who handles the sales. Specwise, Touch Diamond stays the same: touch panel experience, 3.2 megapixel camera with video recording support, Windows Media player Mobile, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS.

Waiting for Touch HD…in vain, maybe?
