UGREEN is broadening its product ambitions beyond cables, chargers and hubs with HomeAgent, a locally processed AI platform for smart-home automation and camera analysis, alongside a NASync storage range that reaches up to 272TB. The company presented both product directions at IFA 2026 in Berlin.
HomeAgent is designed to bring storage, cameras and home automations together while keeping AI processing local. In a security demonstration, UGREEN showed SynCare cameras identifying people, pets, vehicles and events within a protected area, allowing users to receive relevant alerts or search recorded footage by context rather than manually reviewing long recordings.
The platform supports Matter, while UGREEN's Uliya voice assistant is positioned as another part of the ecosystem. The company also showed the Gallery E-Paper Smart Frame, as well as SynCare indoor and outdoor cameras. Local storage is central to the pitch: recorded video and personal photos can remain on-site while HomeAgent handles contextual searches.

NASync lineup scales from two bays to 272TB
UGREEN's NASync portfolio targets local backup, media-server use, team collaboration and remote file access as alternatives to automatically placing all data in cloud services. The systems run UGOS Pro, with capacities spanning entry-level two-bay hardware through high-capacity multi-drive models.
- NASync DH2300: two SATA bays, 4GB of LPDDR4X memory and up to 64TB of storage.
- DXP2800 GT: up to 80TB through two hard drives and two M.2 SSDs, powered by an AMD Ryzen Embedded R2514 processor with 10GbE networking.
- DXP4800 Pro: up to 144TB of storage.
- DXP6800 Ultra: up to 208TB of storage.
- DXP8800 Ultra: up to 272TB using eight hard drives and two NVMe SSDs.
The combined launch puts UGREEN in more direct competition with established NAS and smart-home ecosystem vendors, with local AI analysis and on-premises storage serving as the common thread. UGREEN has not confirmed broader market availability or pricing for the HomeAgent hardware and newly presented NAS products.
