Zauba, an import/export database in India has been a reliable indicator of devices to come. It has leaked quite a few Nokia phones over the years and now it’s the turn of a Samsung newcomer to pop up. We’re dealing with a handset dubbed Samsung SGH-N382, or at least that’s its codename.
Supposedly, this is a 6 inch handset, perhaps a new member of the Mega family. This model was sent to India for testing and evaluation and its declared value was $550 or so. We may be dealing with the Galaxy Note 4, seeing how this price is pretty big, but odds are that it’s the more budget friendly Mega 2. There’s no UA Profile for the newcomer on the Samsung official website, so the mystery goes on.
The Galaxy Mega 6.3 was released last summer and it’s certainly due for an upgrade. Back then it offered a 720p resolution, 1.5 GB of RAM and an 8 megapixel camera. The new model may bump it up to Full HD, 2 GB of RAM and maybe a 13 megapixel camera this time. One appealing aspect of such devices is gaming on a large diagonal screen.
