The white iPhone 4 is back in the news, this time supposedly ready for a Verizon release, if we’re to believe a recent leak. The device was spotted in Verizon’s inventory system, as two unnamed SKUs: MC677LL/A and MC679LL/A. These are 16GB and 32GB models linked to Apple and most likely white iPhone 4 units.

9to5mac is saying that that the codenames mentioned above are one SKU digit above the black version of the handset, leading us to believe that the white smartphone is coming soon. Last we heard, this model was slated for a late April launch, maybe in time for Easter? It remains to be seen when Verizon will break the news to its customers…

If the info we have is right and Apple only recently began the production of the white phone, the launch time frame could be tighter than ever for The Big Red.
