A new ZTE handset has been certified by the FCC and it’s one that can be used in Mexico without a problem. We’re talking about the ZTE Blade A465 model, pictured below and sporting midrange specs, most likely.

This is a handset that comes with FDD-LTE/WCDMA and GSM connectivity and it passed the FCC on August 27th. The device was also certified by Bluetooth and WiFi compatibility and comes with Android as the OS. Its LTE flavour is Category 4 and the top download speed will be 150 Mbps. We don’t have specs for this model and apparently it’s meant for the Mexico market.

I’m expecting a 5 inch HD screen here, a MediaTek or Snapdragon CPU, maybe even the lower end Snapdragon 210, who knows. 1 or 2 GB of RAM should be here, plus an 8 or even 13 MP back camera. What do you expect?
