LG may well prepare a bunch of new handsets to unveil and launch over the following time period. 3 such devices have been spotted on local Korean certification authorities, going by the codenames LGM-X100S, LGM-X100K and LGM-X100L. All of these have been certified on FDD-LTE/WCDMA systems.
It’s very likely that in fact we may see a single phone, but these 3 are actually versions for major Korean carriers. The LGM-X100K is for KT, the LGM-X100L is for LG U+ and the LGM-X100S is for SK Telecom. While we don’t have specs for these devices, it’s very likely they will be entry level affairs. Judging by the codename, we may well be dealing with an LG X model here.
The LG X series took off last Spring and it included modes like LG X Screen, LG X Power, LG X Venture and X Charge. The X Power is a battery phone with a 4000+ mAh battery and it already got a successor this year. The LG X Screen hasn’t, so there’s room for a debut there. Expect a 5 inch screen, 13 MP back camera, 2 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 4xx CPU.
