Apple may be planning to turn its first foldable iPhone into a broader product family. Bloomberg’s Gurman reports that potential future additions could include iPhone Duo Max, iPhone Duo SE and iPhone Duo Mini models, though Apple has not confirmed any of them.

The current iPhone Duo starts at more than $2,000 depending on configuration, placing Apple’s first foldable firmly in the premium segment. A Duo SE priced around $1,300 to $1,500, as suggested in the report, could substantially widen the line’s potential audience, but that pricing remains unconfirmed.
The Duo name would also give Apple room to apply familiar iPhone-style suffixes such as Max, SE and Mini. That naming flexibility is not evidence that the additional models exist, but it would support a move from a single foldable product to a distinct iPhone family.
For now, Apple offers only one foldable iPhone. Initial deliveries are expected to begin toward the end of October, when longer-term reviews and comparisons should provide the first clearer picture of how the device performs in everyday use.
