Samsung’s Galaxy Fit4 appears set to retain the Galaxy Fit3’s familiar rectangular formula, with leaked Galaxy Fit4 Manager app assets pointing to a modest refresh centered on a taller display and expanded widget support. The app analysis, reported by SammyGuru, includes product imagery, watch faces and setup options for the unannounced fitness tracker.

The discovered watch faces have a 258 × 428-pixel resolution, compared with 256 × 402 pixels on the Galaxy Fit3, suggesting a taller panel. The Fit3 uses a 1.6-inch AMOLED display. Galaxy Fit4 could support up to 12 configurable widgets, while retaining gesture navigation through notifications, apps and quick settings. A Find My Phone option is also referenced, allowing the paired phone to be rung from the tracker.

Color references within the app point to black, silver and light green versions. Earlier images showed a white model rather than a silver one, so Samsung’s final color lineup is not yet clear.

Health tracking appears largely unchanged

The app references the same broad Samsung Health-oriented tracking suite expected from the current model:

Galaxy Fit4 Manager app references for Samsung’s upcoming fitness tracker
  • Activity tracking, including steps, active time, calories and automatic workout recognition.
  • Heart-rate monitoring, with high- and low-rate alerts and heart-rate zone information.
  • Stress monitoring and notifications for prolonged elevated readings.
  • Sleep-stage tracking, a nightly score and personalized recommendations after seven recorded nights.
  • Blood-oxygen monitoring and snoring detection, with snoring detection requiring a connected phone.

Most of those functions are already available on the Galaxy Fit3, making the leak look more like an iterative update than a major feature overhaul. The analyzed materials do not mention built-in GPS, which may mean Samsung will again rely on a paired phone for location data.

Battery capacity, endurance and a launch date have not been established. For context, the Galaxy Fit3 has a 208mAh battery and is rated for up to 13 days of use. Rumors place the Fit4 at $59.99 to $79.99, but Samsung has not confirmed its price, release schedule or market availability.
