Last year Asus announced in Taiwan a new smartphone device called Pegasus. This 5 inch phone adopted a similar design to the Zenfone range of devices and from what we get to know today, it seems that Asus is currently working on a lower-variant of it.

This phone called Asus Pegasus X003A recently received certification from TENAA. We’ll get the same 5-inch LCD HD display (1280 x 720 pixels), a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 2 GB of RAM memory, 16 GB space of internal storage and a 2.500 mAh battery in the package.

Pegasus X003 will offer a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, a 8-megapixel rear sensor and Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. In terms of dimensions we’re looking at a 153 grams device that measures 146 mm in length, 72 mm in width and 8.5 mm in thickness.
