Baseus used IFA 2026 to broaden its audio lineup with three notably different designs: the Bose-tuned Inspire XH1 over-ear headphones, the open-ear Inspire XC1 clip-ons and the Bowie MC2 NC, an ear-cuff model designed to bring active noise cancellation to a format that normally leaves the ear open.
The Inspire XH1 is the range's conventional over-ear option. Baseus says Bose engineers helped tune its sound, while the headphones also support Dolby Audio and LDAC. Adaptive ANC is rated for noise reduction of up to 48 dB, and Baseus claims up to 100 hours of battery life with noise cancellation disabled. Color options include blue, black, white and Sunset Coral.
The Inspire XC1 takes a different approach. These are open-ear clip-on earbuds and do not offer ANC for music playback, although they use AI noise reduction for calls. Their hybrid dual-driver system includes a Knowles tweeter, with LDAC support also listed. The flexible clip-on construction places the XC1 in the growing open-ear category popularized by products such as Huawei's FreeClip.
For noise cancellation in a clip-on form factor, Baseus is positioning the Bowie MC2 NC separately from the Sound by Bose Inspire line. A cushion facing the ear canal is intended to create a more effective seal while retaining the ear-cuff fit. Baseus also lists AI translation in more than 135 languages, AI Chat, and recording, transcription and summarization tools for the Bowie MC2. Real-world ANC performance and wider availability details have yet to be confirmed.
