RIM recently managed to leak most of its 2011 portofolio, including some hot models, like the Torch 2 and Storm 3. BlackBerry Dakota was also among them, as the latest Bold iteration, that combines a QWERTY keyboard with a touchscreen display.

The device is supposed to feature the classic Bold design, plus a 2.8 inch VGA capacitive touch display, a quad-band chip with GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band UMTS support. BlackBerry OS 6.1 is the platform of choice on the device, that also comes with 768MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory.

Another novelty is the addition of a NFC chip on board and a big lack is the one of a front camera, but at least you’ve got the 5MP photo sensor at the back, with HD video capture support.
