HTC HD2 has just received a ROM update, available in countries like Greece, Russia, Norway, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Czech, Poland, Italy and France. The official ROM brings improvements, like the easier flipping back and forth between songs, plus fluidity of music playback.

Also, Opera will now take advantage of the G-Sensor, switching from portrait to landscape with much more ease, for better flexibility and a cooler web browsing experience. The same ROM allows the users to stay connected to the loved ones via enhanced voice quality, thanks to the update.

“Crystal clear sound” is promised and before you update your HTC HD2 unit, remember to check if the software upgrade is a newer version than the ROM you’re using. In order to find this out, click Start > Settings > System tab > Device Information > Version tab and check out the CPU, ROM version and Radio Version.
