HTC has just launched a store for its American customers, available at ShopAmerica.HTC.com. This service allows clients to buy a device, choose a carrier and a pricing plan for it, everything from the same website. As the privacy statement shown at the end of this article mentions, this store is powered by third party retailer LetsTalk.com and it’s branded for HTC.

HTC must be using LetsTalk’s e-commerce infrastructure and their experience, instead of building their own service, which is a pretty intelligent move. Once you access the site, you’ll be able to filter devices by carrier, type of rate plan and desired features. After the selection and checkout are made, you’ll get your accessories and devices shipped for free, if they’re at least worth $50.

The Taiwanese handset maker also offers a 15 day money back guarantee, if you return the product in that time frame.
