HTC Mecha has been a topic of discussion for some time now, but this is the first time we actually have some hints concerning its existence. Engadget informs us that the HTC Sense website listed the handset by mistake, together with Desire HD and Desire Z. Don’t bother checking, as the handset was already pulled from the site, but we still have the proof in the images below.
No info on specs or the looks of the handset, specially since the image used to portray Mecha shows in fact the good old HTC Hero. We sure hope this is not a revamp of the older model, or a new phone that adopts Hero’s design. Time will tell…
