HTC is getting ready to introduce the HTC One E9+ handset in Taiwan, starting with April 24th. Even though in theory this model is a midrange phone, some of its specs very good, like the 5.5 inch Quad HD display.

The newcomer has a MediaTek 8 core MT6795 processor and it will compete with the ASUS ZenFone 2 series units on the Taiwanese market. Interestingly enough, the HTC One E9+ has already been announced in India or China and it will be in stores in May. It packs a 4 Ultrapixel selfie camera, 32 GB of storage, a microSD card slot and offers 4G LTE support.

There’s a 2800 mAh battery inside and it runs Android 5.0.1 Lollipop with HTC Sense 7.0 on top. This one is a dual SIM dual standby device, that has a 20 megapixel main camera at the back. It will come in meteor grey, gold and rose gold.
