As we’re wondering what happened to the HTC Legend Froyo update, we learn from the HTC Germany Facebook page here that it’s coming soon and we should also expect the Wildfire model to get the update before the year is out. That, unless a bug is involved…


It’s very cool that the low-end-ish HTC Wildfire is getting this upgrade, specially since big names like the XPERIA X10 have failed to get it and there are some other models that are missing it too, like Motorola Defy. HTC’s relation with Google seems tighter than ever, as shown by their desire to be among the first to give Froyo and in the future Gingerbread to their devices.
