LeTV is one of the many Chinese producers who managed to bring some amazing smartphones last year, company that until 2015 was focused only on its video platform. As you might know, once the company announced the Le Max Pro phablet, it also revealed that starting now its hardware products will arrive on the market under the LeEco branding.
And a first smartphone that will carry this branding is called LeEco Le 2, device that shows up today in a couple of live pictures. At first, is looks like we’re dealing with a successor for the LeTV Le 1s, smartphone that is expected to offer 4 GB of RAM memory, a 21-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a fingerprint scanner placed right below.
On the specs list we also have an USB Type-C port, and the possibility to see either a Snapdragon 820 CPU or a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor on board. At the same time, LeEco Le 2 might bring in the package stereo speakers, detail revealed by the two grill holes at the bottom of te device.
Just like the previous models, this one will keep a metallic uni-body build and also a front-facing panel with slim bezels.
