Today we are treated to a major LG G6 Mini leak, as the device has popped up in a series of pretty detailed hands on pictures. They’re also not blurry, so we can clearly see the device, that resembles the G6 quite a bit.

This machine has a 5.4 inch screen and a screen to body ratio close to 80%. It will keep the 18:9 aspect of the flagship and sources mention that the “G6 Mini” name isn’t 100% sure right now. For a 5.4 inch diagonal the “Mini” name doesn’t quite fit, to be honest. Sadly we don’t have specs for this unit and some even say it was scrapped by LG.

If it does launch, it may only come to emerging markets, while also dodging the US, UK and a few more nations. I expect something like a Snapdragon 653 CPU inside, or maybe the Snapdragon 625, 3 or 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and a dual camera that may or may not keep the same resolution as the G6. I wouldn’t be surprised if HDR support also made it here, with Dolby Vision and all.
