Motorola Droid Bionic is a handset we’ve been waiting for months now, especially because it’s one of the few with LTE support. This model just had its specs confirmed by Motorola’s developer site, so the info is pretty legit. Previously, we’ve heard rumors about some hardware features, but never about the screen.

The data listed on the developer website concerns the Droid Bionic XT865 model, which we hope is the same with the device we’re waiting for. As far as specs go, you’ll see a 4.3 inch qHD screen on the smartphone, that reminds of the HTC Sensation and its problems with HD videogames because of the resolution.

Other than that you’ll get features already seen on the Photon 4G. These include an 8 megapixel 1080p video capture camera, LTE instead of WiMAX and a TI OMAP4430 CPU instead of the Tegra 2 on the Photon. Other features are HDMI 1.4, 1GB of RAM, a VGA front camera, webtop support, and Android 2.3.4. When will we get a launch date and price for this model?
