We’ve heard quite a bit of info about the Motorola Droid RAZR and even found some EXIF proof regarding its existence, but never before a picture of the handset has been revealed up until now… What you can see below is the RAZR now known as Spyder and also named Droid HD at some point.

Engadget managed to score some images of the upcoming phone, plus some for the Xoom 2 tablet. These look like shipping material for a pretty close date, if you ask me. As far as the RAZR Spyder goes, this one is supposed to sport a carbon fiber-like finish around the back, while Engadget’s tipsters are claiming that the device pictured here comes with a 1.5GHz CPU, but the final product will pack a 1.2GHz CPU.

Motorola XOOM 2 will come with infrared connectivity, curved edges and a backplate that’s made of robust metal, unlike the previously leaked versions. The result is a 9mm thick product with a 8.2 inch display, but we also expect a second Xoom version with a bigger diagonal and pretty much the same specs. It seems that Moto has an event scheduled next week, so everything will be clear then.
