NEC’s new N-08B MID/phone has just been announced and it’s ready to debut on the Japanese market, with few hopes of ever reaching the States and Europe. This unit runs Windows CE and features a 4.6 inch non-touchscreen display with a 854 x 480 pixel resolution.

There’s also a full QWERTY keyboard among the specs, plus a trackpoint-style pointer, WiFi and 3G connectivity. A microSD card slot is in board too, as well as a 3.1 megapixel camera and a batter that should provide 350 minutes of talk time.

No info on the price, but we know that this baby is coming to NTT DoCoMo in August.
