OPPO A7 Pro Max 5G and OPPO A7 Pro 5G have appeared in Geekbench listings, adding fresh evidence that the A-series phones are moving toward a wider international rollout. The listings identify the handsets as CPH2909 and CPH2931 respectively, with both tested on Android 16 and 8GB of RAM.
The A7 Pro Max 5G, model CPH2909, is listed with Qualcomm’s SM4850 platform, a configuration associated with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5. Its benchmarked unit recorded 834 points in Geekbench 7 single-core testing and 2,181 points in the multi-core test. The chip configuration includes two cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six running at about 2.02GHz.
OPPO’s A7 Pro 5G, carrying model number CPH2931, is shown with MediaTek’s MT6835 chipset. With two 2.4GHz cores and six 2GHz cores, the setup matches the Dimensity 6360 Max platform used by the China-bound version. It posted Geekbench 7 scores of 719 single-core and 2,074 multi-core points.
The benchmark hardware broadly aligns with specifications already announced for the two phones in China. There, the A7 Pro uses a 6.57-inch 120Hz OLED display, an 8,000mAh battery, IP69K protection and ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
The A7 Pro Max is the more unusual model, pairing a 6.78-inch 120Hz OLED screen with a 10,000mAh battery and 80W charging. Its announced camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, a 2MP secondary sensor and a 50MP front camera. OPPO has not yet confirmed whether the international versions will retain those battery capacities or announced launch timing and pricing.
